You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically capable of participating in an event of this nature. Should events occur that cause the race to be cancelled, the organisers are not liable for any costs (travel or otherwise), that might result to yourself.

Registration Details

To register for any Ultra-Trail Nepal race, please fill out the form opposite. Further information on payment will be sent to you on receipt of your completed Registration Form.

Support Crew: If your partner, friend or family join you that can be arranged with transportation fees. Please email us about our special service which we can organise for you.

What's Included in your Entrance Fee? (foreign passport holders)

  • Race bib number
  • National park fees
  • Bag drop offs on the check points and at race ending point Batase village
  • Snacks and drinks on the food points
  • Transport back from Batase to Kathamndu
  • Two breakfasts -- one in Kathmandu, one in Batase the day after the race
  • One dinner in Batase after the race
  • Two nights accommodation in Kathmandu
  • One night accommodation in Batase village After the race
  • Two hour Batase village tour before departure

What's Not Included?

  • Nepal Visa fee
  • Your international airfare to and from Kathmandu
  • Transport from Kathmandu to Batase for 25k and 12k race start.
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses such as phone calls, internet, laundry, bar bills and bottled water. Though we don't cover these costs, our staff will be able to assist you in locating anything you need.
